Storrely is a product of Galdunx Limited, a technology company incorporated in Nigeria. When we say "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean Galdunx Limited. When we say "you" or "your", we mean the person or business using Storrely. Our contact email is info@storrely.com.
We collect information you provide directly to us, including: • Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password when you register. • Store information: store name, logo, product listings, pricing, and descriptions. • Payment information: billing details are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store card numbers on our servers. • Order information: orders placed on your store, customer details provided by your buyers, shipping addresses. • Usage data: pages visited, features used, device type, browser, and IP address.
We use the information we collect to: • Create and manage your Storrely account and store. • Process payments and subscriptions. • Send transactional emails (order confirmations, receipts, account alerts). • Provide customer support. • Improve our product and fix bugs. • Comply with legal obligations.
